You will receive a customized massage therapy session based on your specific needs. We will begin with a complimentary consultation to determine how I can best help you meet your wellness goals.
We will work together to make sure your concerns are addressed by focusing on the cause of your pain. Depending on your preference, your session will be set up as a purely relaxing full body massage or a concentrated session - working specifically on a problem area of yours (the back, neck, hips, etc).
